What: Heat Pump Heating & Gas Furnace Operation Including Demand Defrost Made Simple (1 Credit Hour BPI and NATE eligible.)

Description: This session will cover the basic operation of heat pumps in the heat mode including both types of defrost controls and how to troubleshoot them. We will discuss the two types of gas furnaces and troubleshoot them from actual field experience problems.
Instructor: Joey Henderson - Our trainer will be Joey Henderson of HVAC Consulting Services, LLC. Joey has a total of 30 years in HVAC; 25 years as an instructor, 15 years as a technical representative, 20 years as an HVAC contractor, and a member of SCALT for 25 years, and currently serves on the SCALT Board of Directors.
